Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a late fee, which is equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
Kids Policy
To our valued guests and friends,
Urban Salon & Spa is implementing a new policy regarding children in the salon. We write this with the utmost respect to our guests who are parents as over half of our staff are parents themselves.
Moving forward we would like to encourage parents to visit the salon without their children unless the child has an appointment. Additionally, we'd like to encourage scheduling children's hair appointments separate from parents so that children are not unattended during a parent's appointment.
We feel that this will ensure a safer environment for our youngest guests as well as our staff. We work in a busy environment with sharp scissors and razors, with chemicals, and heat tools that can reach above 450 degrees. We want all of our guests to feel pampered and welcomed and we count safety as a top priority as well.
